As part of its strategy to support the digital economy and innovation, the Regional Agency for Project Implementation (AREP) of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region has launched the architectural studies and project monitoring for the construction of the future Témara Technopark.

Situated on a 1,920 m² plot, this new infrastructure will benefit from an estimated budget of 18.6 million dirhams.

Like other Technoparks in the Kingdom, the Témara Technopark will focus on supporting startups in three strategic sectors:

  • Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
  • Green Technologies (GreenTech)
  • Cultural and Creative Industries

This positioning aims to enhance the attractiveness of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region for talent and investors, while contributing to the country’s digital and ecological transformation.

The project is designed around four main functionalareas:

  1. Reception and Administration Block (523 m²): including an entrance hall, offices for management and administrative services, technical rooms, restrooms, and a video control room.
  2. Workspaces for hostedcompanies (1,322 m²): offices for SMEs and a data center.
  3. Dedicated area for large companies (1,212 m²): coworking spaces, modular training rooms, offices, and necessary logistical infrastructure.
  4. Commercial and service zone (202 m²): cafeteria, administrative counters, and training services.

The Témara Technopark aims to boost the technologicaloffer and provide new momentum for local startups, offering them an environment conducive to innovation, collaboration, and growth.
