AREP-RRSK

Our Missions

The Regional Agency for Project Implementation of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region (AREP-RRSK) has a fundamental role in supporting the Regional Council in realizing its territorial development vision. Established under Article 128 of Organic Law No. 111-14, the agency functions as an autonomous operational tool serving the region.

Its main missions are as follows:

  • Provide legal and technical-financial support to the Regional Council, offering the necessary expertise for project design and structuring.
  • Implement various development programs adopted by the Regional Council, in line with the strategic priorities of the territory.
  • Oversee and monitor studies and works within its scope of competence, ensuring proper execution from a technical, financial, and environmental perspective.

Through these missions, AREP-RRSK plays a central role in translating regional ambitions into concrete and visible actions on the ground.

The agency functions as an operational lever, converting the Regional Council’s directives into tangible actions. With its legal, technical, and financial expertise, it provides comprehensive project management support from design to completion, while ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget standards.
