Projects to build new technoparks in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region are entering a new phase. Topographical and geotechnical studies are underway at several sites identified in Salé, Témara, Sidi Slimane, and Sidi Kacem.

Led by the Regional Agency for the Execution of Projects in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region (AREP), these services aim to prepare the ground for the concrete implementation of these infrastructures dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship.

Four plots of land have been identified to accommodate these future technological spaces. In Salé, the technopark will be located on part of the plot of the Institute of Hotel and Tourism Technology, covering an area of approximately 7,000 m². In Temara, the chosen site is located on Moulay Idriss Avenue and covers nearly 1,920 m².

In Sidi Slimane, the project is planned for the Al Fath district of Sidi Yahya El Gharb, on a plot of land measuring approximately 2,000 m². Finally, in Sidi Kacem, it will be a plot of approximately 1,500 m², near the city’s pashalik.

To support these projects, topographical services are being carried out across all four sites, with a completion time set at 28 days and an overall budget of 96,000 DH.

At the same time, geotechnical investigations are also underway at three of the four sites, in Sidi Slimane, Sidi Kacem and Témara, to assess soil quality before construction work begins. These studies are planned to last 15 days and cost 72,000 dirhams.
