{"id":5075,"date":"2025-07-24T00:01:50","date_gmt":"2025-07-24T00:01:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/areprrsk.ma\/temara-technopark-a-structuring-project-worth-18-6-million-dirhams-launched-by-arep\/"},"modified":"2025-09-03T11:21:55","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T11:21:55","slug":"temara-technopark-a-structuring-project-worth-18-6-million-dirhams-launched-by-arep","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/areprrsk.ma\/en\/temara-technopark-a-structuring-project-worth-18-6-million-dirhams-launched-by-arep\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00e9mara Technopark: A major project worth MAD 18.6 million launched by AREP-RRSK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of its&nbsp;strategy to support the <strong>digital <\/strong><strong>economy<\/strong><strong> and innovation<\/strong>, the <strong>Regional<\/strong><strong> Agency for Project <\/strong><strong>Implementation<\/strong><strong> (AREP)<\/strong> of the Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra Region has launched the <strong>architectural <\/strong><strong>studies<\/strong><strong> and <\/strong><strong>project<\/strong><strong> monitoring<\/strong> for the construction of the future <strong>T\u00e9mara <\/strong><strong>Technopark<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situated on a <strong>1,920 m\u00b2 plot<\/strong>, this new infrastructure will&nbsp;benefit&nbsp;from an <strong>estimated<\/strong><strong> budget of 18.6 <\/strong><strong>million<\/strong><strong> dirhams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like other&nbsp;Technoparks in the Kingdom, the T\u00e9mara Technopark&nbsp;will focus on supporting&nbsp;<strong>startups<\/strong> in three&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;sectors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Green Technologies (<\/strong><strong>GreenTech<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cultural and Creative Industries<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This positioning&nbsp;aims to <strong>enhance<\/strong><strong> the <\/strong><strong>attractiveness<\/strong><strong> of the Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra <\/strong><strong>region<\/strong> for talent and investors, while&nbsp;contributing to the country\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>digital and <\/strong><strong>ecological<\/strong><strong> transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project&nbsp;is&nbsp;designed&nbsp;around&nbsp;<strong>four main <\/strong><strong>functional<\/strong><strong>areas<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reception<\/strong><strong> and Administration Block (523 m\u00b2<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>:\u00a0including an entrance hall, offices for management and administrative services, technical\u00a0rooms, restrooms, and a video control room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workspaces<\/strong><strong> for <\/strong><strong>hosted<\/strong><strong>companies<\/strong><strong> (1,322 m\u00b2<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>: offices for SMEs and a data center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dedicated<\/strong><strong> area for large <\/strong><strong>companies<\/strong><strong> (1,212 m\u00b2<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>: coworking spaces, modular training rooms, offices, and necessary\u00a0logistical infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commercial and service zone (202 m\u00b2<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>: cafeteria, administrative counters, and training services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>T\u00e9mara <\/strong><strong>Technopark<\/strong>&nbsp;aims to <strong>boost the <\/strong><strong>technological<\/strong><strong>offer<\/strong><strong> and <\/strong><strong>provide<\/strong><strong> new <\/strong><strong>momentum<\/strong><strong> for local startups<\/strong>, offering&nbsp;them an environment&nbsp;conducive to <strong>innovation, collaboration, and <\/strong><strong>growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of its&nbsp;strategy to support the digital economy and innovation, the Regional Agency for Project Implementation (AREP) of the Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra Region has launched the architectural studies and project monitoring for the construction of the future T\u00e9mara Technopark.
