{"id":5094,"date":"2025-06-19T13:19:17","date_gmt":"2025-06-19T13:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/areprrsk.ma\/khemisset-is-preparing-to-welcome-its-first-technopark\/"},"modified":"2025-09-03T11:18:05","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T11:18:05","slug":"khemisset-is-preparing-to-welcome-its-first-technopark","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/areprrsk.ma\/en\/khemisset-is-preparing-to-welcome-its-first-technopark\/","title":{"rendered":"Kh\u00e9missetis Set to Host Its First Technopark"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The construction work for the <strong>Kh\u00e9misset<\/strong><strong>Technopark<\/strong>&nbsp;was&nbsp;officially&nbsp;launched&nbsp;this Thursday during a ceremony&nbsp;presided over by the <strong>Governor<\/strong><strong> of the Province, Mr. Abdellatif <\/strong><strong>Ennahli<\/strong>, and the <strong>President<\/strong><strong> of the <\/strong><strong>Regional<\/strong><strong> Council of Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra, Mr. Rachid El Abdi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project, part of the <strong>2022-2027 <\/strong><strong>Regional<\/strong><strong>Development<\/strong><strong> Program<\/strong>, marks an important step in the strategy to <strong>promote<\/strong><strong> innovation and support <\/strong><strong>entrepreneurship<\/strong><strong> at the territorial <\/strong><strong>level<\/strong>. The Technopark&nbsp;aims to become a <strong>catalyst<\/strong><strong> for local entrepreneurial initiatives<\/strong>, supporting&nbsp;project leaders and fostering the creation of <strong>innovative startups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Located on a <strong>2,027 m\u00b2 site<\/strong>, the future facility&nbsp;will&nbsp;offer&nbsp;<strong>34 offices for startups<\/strong>, <strong>three<\/strong><strong> coworking areas<\/strong>, a <strong>meeting room<\/strong>, and <strong>two<\/strong><strong> local service points<\/strong>. Upon&nbsp;completion, expected in approximately&nbsp;ten&nbsp;months, it&nbsp;will&nbsp;be able to accommodate up to <strong>58 <\/strong><strong>companies<\/strong> in an environment&nbsp;designed to encourage <strong>professional<\/strong><strong> networking, synergies, and collaborative innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project&nbsp;is part of a broader initiative to <strong>territorialize<\/strong><strong> innovation<\/strong>, driven by a regional&nbsp;framework agreement aimed at creating a <strong>network of <\/strong><strong>technology<\/strong><strong>incubators<\/strong>&nbsp;across&nbsp;different provinces. Kh\u00e9misset&nbsp;will&nbsp;benefit&nbsp;from&nbsp;this&nbsp;dynamic&nbsp;through a <strong>specific<\/strong><strong> agreement for the establishment of the structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to <strong>Ms. Lamia <\/strong><strong>Benabdillah<\/strong>, Director of the <strong>Regional<\/strong><strong> Agency for Project <\/strong><strong>Implementation<\/strong><strong> (AREP) of Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra<\/strong>, the Kh\u00e9misset&nbsp;Technopark&nbsp;represents a <strong>strategic<\/strong><strong> lever to support <\/strong><strong>young<\/strong><strong> entrepreneurs<\/strong> in their&nbsp;activities, strengthening local skills and promoting the region\u2019s key sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With&nbsp;this new facility, the province of Kh\u00e9misset&nbsp;<strong>reinforces<\/strong><strong>its<\/strong><strong> position as an <\/strong><strong>emerging<\/strong><strong> hub for innovation and <\/strong><strong>entrepreneurship<\/strong>&nbsp;within the Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/Les travaux de construction du Technopark de Kh\u00e9misset ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement lanc\u00e9s ce jeudi, lors d\u2019une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le gouverneur de la province, M. Abdellatif Ennahli, et le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil r\u00e9gional de Rabat-Sal\u00e9-K\u00e9nitra, M. Rachid El Abdi. Ce projet, inscrit dans le cadre du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional 2022-2027, marque une \u00e9tape importante dans la strat\u00e9gie de promotion de l\u2019innovation et du soutien \u00e0 l\u2019entrepreneuriat au niveau territorial. Le Technopark ambitionne de devenir un catalyseur de l\u2019initiative entrepreneuriale locale, en accompagnant les porteurs de projets et en favorisant la cr\u00e9ation de startups innovantes. Implant\u00e9 sur une superficie de 2 027 m\u00b2, le futur espace proposera 34 bureaux pour startups, trois zones de coworking, une salle de r\u00e9union, ainsi que deux services de proximit\u00e9. \u00c0 sa livraison, pr\u00e9vue dans environ dix mois, il pourra accueillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 58 entreprises, dans un environnement con\u00e7u pour encourager les \u00e9changes, les synergies professionnelles et l\u2019innovation collaborative. Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche plus large de territorialisation de l\u2019innovation, port\u00e9e par une convention-cadre r\u00e9gionale visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau d\u2019incubateurs technologiques dans les diff\u00e9rentes provinces. Kh\u00e9misset b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de cette dynamique \u00e0 travers un accord sp\u00e9cifique pour l\u2019implantation de la structure.
