Since its creation, the Regional Agency for the Execution of Projects in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region (AREP-RRSK) has established itself as a key player in the realization of major territorial projects. As the operational arm of the Regional Council, our primary mission is to give shape to the ambitions of sustainable development, social inclusion, and balanced regional planning through the efficient and rigorous implementation of projects approved by the assembly.

We work every day to translate the region’s strategic vision into concrete achievements on the ground, in essential sectors such as infrastructure, education, health, drinking water, rural roads, local amenities, and the ecological and digital transition. Our approach is guided by a commitment to quality, responsible management of public resources, and close collaboration with all territorial partners.

AREP-RSK is also a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, committed to a culture of performance, innovation, and transparency. We place the principles of good governance, local participation, and territorial equity at the heart of our actions, in order to provide concrete responses to the expectations of our region’s citizens.

Through the projects we undertake, we aim to foster sustainable, inclusive, and value-creating territorial dynamics. We fully appreciate our responsibility and remain committed to supporting the region in implementing its Regional Development Plan (PDR), in line with the High Royal Guidelines and the objectives of the New Development Model.
